This website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any offering is made only to verified accredited investors, only through the fund's confidential Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) and related subscription documents, and only where permitted by law. The PPM governs in all cases and should be read in full.

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice. Figures such as target IRR are illustrative only and are not a promise, projection, or guarantee of performance. Real-estate investments are illiquid and involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Eligibility

Participation is limited to accredited investors as defined under SEC Regulation D. Accredited-investor status is verified by a licensed third party; this website does not determine your eligibility, and submitting a form does not establish that you qualify.

Realtor referrals

Submitting a deal referral does not create any compensation entitlement. Any referral arrangement is separate, in writing, and subject to applicable real-estate and securities law.

Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, interfere with their operation, or use them in violation of any law.

Intellectual property

The Services and their content are owned by Realtors Fund or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as permitted in writing.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realtors Fund is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
